Pay Range

Target Range: $18.00/Hr.

- $24.00/Hr. This is a commission eligible role. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Axos is seeking a Collector who will be responsible for determining reason for customer payment delinquency and obtains payment commitment while adhering to laws and regulations.

• Place routine calls to customers as first point of contact to obtain payment for goods or services.
• Recognize calls requiring special handling or customized responses and escalating accordingly.
• Use computerized system for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of customer payment history and status of account.
• Receive clear communication including feedback, coaching, individual needs assessment, and training gaps, including regular, one‑on‑one performance reviews to ensure performance and quality standards are being met.
• Ensure collection practices adhere to policies, regulations and standards.

• HS Diploma.
• 1-2 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, consumer loans, commercial loans and/or real estate.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time.
