Relationship Banker - Las Vegas East - Spanish Required

Job Description

Responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking or ATM. This role accurately and efficiently processes cash transactions for clients as needed, having deep conversations to learn about their financial and life priorities and connect them to solutions that meet those goals.

• Spanish bilingual required.

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
• One year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
• Six months of cash handling experience.
• Bachelor's degree or business‑relevant associate’s degree such as business management, business administration or finance.

Hourly pay range: $25.00 - $27.88. Base salary only; not incentive eligible.
