Monitor vital signs, treatment parameters, and patient response during dialysis;
Evaluate vascular access for patency and perform cannulation and related procedures as delegated;
Record treatment data and ensure accurate documentation of Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet and progress notes;
Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities and related education
