• Proven success managing multi-outlet operations at scale.
• Strong track record of profitability, innovation, and elevated guest satisfaction.
• Expertise in curating high-end activations, destination weddings, and private events

• Exceptional financial management skills with P&L ownership experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership presence, with the ability to build relationships at every level.
