Information Technology Support Technician

Job description:

• High school graduation or equivalent (GED, foreign equivalency, etc.).
• Three (3) years of work experience in microcomputer support, including one (1) year of experience directly related to providing operations and support assistance and troubleshooting desktop computers and related systems; OR
• Two (2) years of college with a major in information technology (IT) related technologies (e.g., MIS, CS, etc.) plus one (1) year of directly related work experience as described above.

• A valid driver’s license that allows the applicant/employee to legally operate a motor vehicle in Nevada. The license must be maintained for the duration of the assignment.
• Copy of current driving history (dated within six (6) months from the date printed) issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles at the time of application or Qualified Selection Pool (QSP) placement and at the time of interview before final selection.
