Information Security Analyst for a multinational company in Las Vegas

We are hiring an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Las Vegas As a member of our multinational company you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our information systems and data Your main duties will include conducting risk assessments implementing security measures and monitoring for any potential threats or breaches

To excel in this role you should have a strong understanding of information security principles and best practices You must also have experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing security controls Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards is also necessary

• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities
• Develop and implement security measures to protect against threats or breaches
• Monitor networks and systems for any suspicious activity or unauthorized access
• Investigate and respond to security incidents or breaches
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging threats to ensure the effectiveness of security measures

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• Proven experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role
• Strong knowledge of information security principles best practices and industry regulations eg HIPAA PCI-DSS
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of network and system security protocols eg firewalls intrusion detection systems
• Familiarity with cloud computing environments and their potential security risks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

This is a full-time position based in Las Vegas. We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month.
