The Senior Procurement Coordinator is responsible for overseeing purchasing operations, vendor relationships, inventory coordination, and procurement processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. This role works closely with internal departments, suppliers, and management to support company operations while maintaining quality, compliance, and budget expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage daily purchasing activities and procurement requests
  • Source vendors, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong supplier relationships
  • Review and process purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of supplies and equipment
  • Track orders, shipments, and deliveries to ensure on-time fulfillment
  • Work with operations, finance, and leadership teams to support purchasing needs
  • Analyze pricing trends and identify cost‑saving opportunities
  • Maintain procurement records, contracts, and vendor agreements
  • Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and procurement reporting
  • Resolve vendor issues, discrepancies, and delivery concerns in a timely manner
  • Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
  • 3+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with ERP systems, procurement software, or inventory management tools
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in hospitality, SaaS, technology, or operations environments
  • Knowledge of inventory tracking and logistics coordination
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
