We are currently recruiting for a Director of Emergency Services who brings experience, leadership, and compassion to the table. If you're someone who thrives and knows how to lead with both purpose and presence, this role could be the right fit.
This position leads a dynamic Emergency Department team in a hospital located in a growing city surrounded by some of the Southwest's most striking landscapes and rich cultural history. You will bring your clinical and leadership skills to an organization that values innovation, accountability, and quality improvement while enjoying sunshine, art, and outdoor living all year long.
What You'll Be Doing:- Direct the day-to-day operations of the Emergency Department
- Mentor and manage ER staff with a focus on patient care, quality, and efficiency
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance throughput and emergency response
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support accreditation
- Manage department budgets and productivity metrics
- Drive quality initiatives and support ongoing program development
- Bachelors degree in Nursing required (MSN, MHA, or MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 7 years of healthcare experience, with at least 3 in leadership
- Proven experience with budget oversight, team development, and policy improvement
- Experience in for-profit hospital settings strongly preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including with pre-hospital providers
- Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000
- Signing Bonus: Yes
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 (partial package)
