Long Term Care RN Position
Two RNs are needed for a 13-week assignment in a LTC/SNF environment. This is a fast-paced rural facility with significant agency presence. Candidates must be team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable with rural housing options prior to submission. Schedules are flexible (5×8s or 4×10s) and assigned on Day 1.

ResponsibilitiesProvide nursing care to residents in a LTC/SNF setting
Support rehab and long-term care workflows
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Document care per facility standards
Maintain safety and compliance in a rural environment
Adapt to fast-paced operations with high agency presence
Required Experience & CertificationsLTC/SNF experience preferred
Facility-based experience required (home visits do not qualify)
Active RN license

Weekly Pay Package: $2,000/week Breakdown:
Hourly Pay: $50/hr × 40 hrs = $2,000/week

Weekly Pay Package: $2,326/week Breakdown:
Hourly Pay: $27/hr × 40 hrs = $1,080/week
Weekly Stipends:
Meals: $476/week
Housing: $770/week

Minimum Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices
Current CPR if applicable
TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
