Cashier (Part-time) - Las Vegas, USA

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team at a bustling retail store in Las Vegas. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing customer transactions. Your main duties will include operating cash registers, handling cash and credit card transactions, and ensuring the store is clean and well-stocked.

The ideal candidate will have previous cashier experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You must have strong communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. As this is a part-time position, we are looking for candidates who are flexible with their availability, including weekends and holidays.

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide excellent customer service
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers
• Handle cash, credit card, and other types of payments
• Maintain accurate cash balances and reconcile sales receipts with daily transactions
• Answer customer inquiries about products, services, and store policies
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store by restocking shelves and keeping checkout areas tidy
• Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cashier or in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalees or Canadians preferred)
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently
• Attention to detail and strong math skills
  
  Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

This is a contract position without accommodation provided.
