Reporting to the Division Sales Manager, the Account Manager - Hematology will support Bei Gene’s sales objectives by performing sales activities, providing product information, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role involves managing the territory, educating healthcare professionals, and collaborating with sales teams.

• Promote Hematology products to targeted physicians and healthcare providers.
• Educate support staff on product use and handling.
• Manage communication with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
• Complete product training and administrative reporting.
• Support compliance with company policies and regulations.

• B.A./B.S. degree; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, especially in Hematology.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, with strategic sales focus.
• Experience with CRM software and developing new business.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the territory.
