Hotel Sales Manager in Las Vegas, USA

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Las Vegas. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and increasing occupancy by promoting our hotel to potential clients and maintaining relationships with current accounts.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets
• Identify and prospect new clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and industry trade shows
• Maintain positive relationships with existing clients and ensure their needs are met in a timely manner
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize revenue and profitability
• Conduct site visits and tours for potential clients to showcase the hotel's facilities and services
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and guest satisfaction
• Keep up-to-date on market trends, competitors' activities, and industry developments

• Previous experience in hotel sales or related field is required
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities
• Knowledge of the local market in Las Vegas is preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month plus commission based on performance.
