Hotel Sales Manager

We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through effective marketing strategies, building relationships with clients, and managing a team of sales representatives.

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue goals
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
• Create and maintain strong relationships with current clients to drive repeat business
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
• Train mentor and manage a team of sales representatives to effectively promote the hotel's services
• Attend events, conferences and trade shows to network and promote the hotel
• Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team
• Knowledge of market trends and competition in the hospitality industry
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

Salary $1700 per month Location Las Vegas Nationality preference Filipinos English language proficiency preferred but not required
