We are hiring an Entry-level Fitter Assistant to join our team in Las Vegas
In this role you will work closely with experienced fitters to assist in the installation and repair of mechanical systems and equipment
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals without previous experience with a preference for Kenyan nationals looking to start a career in the mechanical field
Responsibilities- Assist in the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment
- Carry out basic repairs and replacements under the supervision of experienced fitters
- Learn how to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced fitters
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
Salary Starting salary of $1500 per month with opportunities for growth within the company
Location This position is located in Las Vegas with a preference for Kenyan nationals English fluency is required
Part-time Flexible Hours This is a full-time position with flexible hours available
