Plastering Technician

As a Plastering Technician you will be responsible for applying repairing and finishing plaster and other decorative materials to walls ceilings and building exteriors You will work with a variety of tools and techniques to create smooth durable and visually appealing surfaces This position does not require prior experience or the ability to speak English fluently making it an ideal opportunity for foreigners looking to start a career in Las Vegas Our company provides competitive salary of 1000$ per week and can assist with finding affordable accommodation for those who need it

• Prepare surfaces for plaster application by cleaning sanding and smoothing
• Mix and apply plaster using trowels brushes or spray guns
• Create textures or patterns by using tools such as sponges or stencils
• Repair cracks or damaged areas in existing plaster
• Finish surfaces by smoothing them with sandpaper or other materials
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment

• High attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Physical stamina to stand bend lift heavy materials for extended periods of time
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to different project requirements
• Good communication skills in order to follow instructions and communicate with team members

• Prior experience in plastering or related field is a plus but not required
• Ability to read blueprints or follow design plans is beneficial
• Familiarity with different types of plaster materials
• Bilingual skills English Spanish are helpful but not required
