• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license (or eligibility) for the state
• Experience in school-based settings, pediatrics, early childhood, or elementary preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
• Compassionate, student-centered mindset

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs for students across K12 grades
• Maintain detailed records and progress reports
• Consult with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Adapt strategies to serve students with varying needs
