DesiredQualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license (or eligibility) for the state
- Experience in school-based settings, pediatrics, early childhood, or elementary preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
- Compassionate, student-centered mindset
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs for students across K12 grades
- Maintain detailed records and progress reports
- Consult with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt strategies to serve students with varying needs
