Molina Healthcare is seeking a Care Manager to support NM Medicaid members through a combination of phone outreach and in-person meetings. You will ensure management of health conditions, enter accurate notes, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.
The role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across systems. Travel is reimbursed; schedule is M–F, 8AM–5PM Mountain Time with potential after 6 months for 4x10s or four 9s with a half-day.
