DevOps Developer - Las Vegas, USA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dev Ops Developer to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas.

As a Dev Ops Developer you will be responsible for the design implementation and maintenance of our companys software development and deployment processes.

Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and automate processes ensuring smooth and timely delivery of software products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development experience with infrastructure automation tools and a passion for continuous improvement.

• Design implement and maintain software development and deployment processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and process improvement
• Implement infrastructure automation tools such as Puppet or Chef
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Ensure smooth and timely delivery of software products
• Develop scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new tools or techniques

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience in software development or related role
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Puppet or Chef
• Strong knowledge of Linux Unix operating systems
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python or Ruby
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
• Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible or Salt Stack
• Experience with continuous integration continuous delivery CICD pipelines
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
