A Lifetime of Smiles is seeking an experienced Dental Administrative Assistant to join our team. Candidates must have previous dental administrative experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused dental practice.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident communicating with patients, managing schedules, discussing treatment and financial arrangements, and handling the day-to-day responsibilities of a busy dental office. We are looking for someone who understands the administrative side of dentistry and can provide a professional, welcoming experience from the first phone call through treatment and follow-up.

Our administrative team plays a critical role in supporting patient care, coordinating schedules, communicating treatment needs, and ensuring every patient interaction reflects the high standards of our practice.
Please note:
Previous dental administrative experience is required for this position
- Professionally answer and manage incoming patient phone calls
- Welcome patients and provide a polished, positive experience
- Coordinate appointments and manage busy provider schedules
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding recommended treatment and next steps
- Assist with treatment coordination and scheduling
- Collect payments and confidently review financial arrangements with patients
- Assist patients with dental insurance questions and benefit coordination
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinate with doctors, clinical team members, and fellow Administrative Assistants to support daily operations
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Uphold HIPAA standards and maintain patient confidentiality
- Previous dental administrative experience required
- Experience working with dental scheduling, patient accounts, insurance benefits, and treatment coordination
- Experience communicating with patients regarding treatment, scheduling, financial arrangements, and payments
- Strong professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
- Confidence handling financial conversations professionally and respectfully
- Ability to manage multiple provider schedules and competing priorities in a busy dental practice
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Comfortable working with dental practice management software and digital systems
