. Our drivers are the dedicated transportation provider for Carus LLC, delivering environmental solutions and specialty chemistry products to customers throughout the United States.
Alliance offers top-of-the-line tractors assigned to each driver and equipped with compatible ELDs, plus a diesel expense card, per diem, other supplemental pay offerings, and an excellent benefits package. If that sounds like a great fit, come join our team!

- Complete assigned loads on time with exceptional service and attention to detail.
- Prioritize safety by performing thorough daily equipment inspections.
- Take pride in their work.
- Work well in a team environment.
- Be prepared for overnight trips as part of the role.
- This role includes overnight trips during the week.
- 90% of the time, you will be home on weekends.
- Occasional Sunday night departures may be required.
- Most trips will involve 2-3 overnights during the week, returning on Friday.
- Typical travel schedules may include:
- Monday-Tuesday trip, returning for Wednesday, followed by a Thursday-Friday trip.
- Monday-Wednesday trip, Thursday short haul, Friday short haul.
- Monday short haul, Tuesday-Friday trip.
The right candidate will be an experienced trucking or logistics professional capable of meeting all the demands that come with operating tractor/trailers. Your credentials ideally include:
- A valid CDL and the ability to drive a manual transmission are required.
- Tanker and HAZMAT endorsement (preferred).
- At least 2 years of trucking experience (preferred).
- At least 1 year of bulk tanker experience (preferred).
- Reliable cell phone and basic technical skills.

salary range provided is an estimate based on pay mix of hourly rate, mileage, and additional incentives. Self-motivated candidates have the potential to earn above the posted range.
