• Build the leadership presence, confidence, and hands ‑ on experience needed to guide a high ‑ performing team.
• Deepen your understanding of site operations while being supported by your General Manager and store leadership team.
• Strengthen your customer ‑ service skills and help reinforce the standards that define the Mister experience.

• Support daily operations, including opening and closing routines, wash quality, safety, and maintaining smooth site flow.
• Model exceptional service and support Guest Service Specialists in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Coach teammates in real time, reinforce expectations, and help maintain alignment during team huddles.
• Maintain Mister’s brand standards by ensuring quality, speed, cleanliness, and consistent execution across the site.
• Perform preventative maintenance and support equipment readiness to keep operations running smoothly.
• Communicate clearly with store leadership to ensure team alignment, clarity of assignments, and strong shift execution.
• Promote the Unlimited Wash Club® by supporting team engagement and customer education.

• At least 90 days experience at Mister(preferred).
• Have completed Track I of the Operations Leadership Program (required)
• In good standing with no active counseling reports.
