Create a Seamless and Positive Member ExperienceAs a Member Specialist at Sam’s Club, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service at the front of the club. From assisting with purchases and returns to helping members navigate self-service technology, your support helps ensure every member has a smooth and enjoyable experience.
In this role, you’ll spend your day supporting checkout and entrance/exit areas, assisting members with purchases and questions, resolving issues, and maintaining a safe, organized environment.

- Resolve member issues and concerns with professionalism and care
- Promote Sam’s Club products, services, and memberships
- Assist with merchandise organization, zoning, and maintaining a member-ready environment
- Are passionate about delivering excellent member service
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Are comfortable handling transactions and working with technology
