Saige Partners is seeking a Human Resources Manager for our 24/7 manufacturing facility in Lathrop, CA. You will lead the HR function, ensure legal compliance, manage employee relations, and drive recruiting and workforce planning across a high-volume operation.
You will partner with leadership to develop talent, implement policies, and monitor HR metrics. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus;
