Workplace Graphics & Sign Associate

What to Expect

Our team is looking for a highly motivated Workplace Graphics & Sign Associate with strong technical skills, hands-on experience in sign application and installation, background working on exhibitions and/or other spatial projects with fabrication or installation experience. This person should have a passion for precision craftsmanship, a flexible attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. The Workplace Graphics & Sign Associate will work closely with the creative team to coordinate the production, fabrication, and hands-on application and installation of graphics for offices, warehouses, and factories throughout the United States.

• Under the mentorship of the Designer, work collaboratively with production teams, installation crews, and material specialists to manufacture and install durable, functional signage for immersive spaces
• Adhere to production standards and hierarchies per project specifications and materials
• Execute signage from initial fabrication planning stage to final production, assembly, and on-site installation
• Proficient in operating printers and vinyl cutters for producing signage materials
• Skilled in cutting PVC substrates, vinyl trimming, contour cutting, weeding, and applying transfer tape
• Experienced in mounting prints onto substrates, installing signage, and applying window tints
• Adept at creating/sourcing shipping boxes and pallets, and packaging signs for secure shipment

• 1+ year of relevant experience in practical graphic and way finding signage manufacturing
• Experience with large facility signage experience
• Excellent typography skills
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills (verbal, written, and illustrative)

Expected Compensation

$18.18 - $47.52/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
