Chuck Receiver

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Chuck Receiver in our Lathrop, CA Meat Department. This individual will be responsible for receiving and inspecting meat deliveries, and may perform additional production duties as needed.

General Responsibilities:

• Ensures that meat deliveries are accurate and meet In‑N‑Out and U.S.D.A. standards.
• Responsible for proper product stock and rotation.
• Reports all discrepancies in product quality or delivery performance to the Meat Department Manager.
• Assists in other meat department positions when necessary.
• Full‑time position, hourly (non‑exempt).
• Pay Range: $23.75–25.50 per hour (consideration of experience and other factors).
• Hours:
  
  6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; some overtime as needed.
• 5 days per week, rotating schedule and alternating days off.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a meat facility, food processing plant, or similar warehouse environment.
• Experience with food line work and repetitive line duties.
• Ability to move freely in and around typical obstacles in a meat production room.

• Ability to lift a minimum of 70 lbs.
• Cold working conditions – ability to withstand prolonged work assignments in cold temperatures.
• Maintain constant mental focus and be aware of surroundings.
