Demonstrate knowledge of floor and backroom operations, product safety, sanitation, and inventory management;
Maintain quality and date control standards; ensure meat products are properly packaged, labeled, and stored;
Assist members with product selection and purchasing decisions; provide friendly, knowledgeable service;
Collaborate with associates to keep the meat department running smoothly and be flexible to support other areas as needed.
