Position Summary

Sam's Club is opening a brand‑new club at 17401 S. Manthey Road, Lathrop, CA 95330
. We are seeking dependable, detail‑oriented, member‑focused individuals to join the founding team. The role focuses on order fulfillment using click‑n‑pull, scanning, and member pickup services, ensuring accuracy and speed.

• Fulfill Click n Pull, Scan & Go, and other pickup orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pull, scan, wrap, and palletize items for member pickup.
• Secure orders and verify accuracy before releasing to members.
• Follow up on out‑of‑stock merchandise and offer substitutions when appropriate.
• Promote membership benefits, upgrades, and credit accounts.
• Assist members with questions, purchasing decisions, and order issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized staging area for order pickups.
• Use hand‑held technology to manage orders, inventory, and communication.

Pay range: $19.00–$27.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
