Freezer, Cooler, and Deli Stocker Associate – New Club Opening Lathrop, CA

Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $27.00/hr*

Full Time – Shifts may vary.

Stock, rotate, and zone products in freezer, cooler, and deli areas, ensuring high quality, correct temperature, and member‑ready displays. Provide customer service in the deli, and support a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

• Stock, rotate, and zone products in freezer, cooler, and deli areas following cold chain procedures.
• Monitor temperature control, expiration dates, and product quality; dispose of lower-quality items.
• Handle claims and returns; sign and price merchandise; complete required audits, logs, and paperwork.
• Secure fragile and high‑shrink merchandise and maintain clean, sanitized, member‑ready displays.
• Clean freezer, cooler, and deli areas (windows, mirrors, display cases) and monitor fans, drains, and doors.
• Assist members with deli orders and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Conduct safety sweeps; follow forklift spotting procedures and hazardous material handling guidelines.
• Operate, repair, and sanitize equipment safely; report unsafe conditions and equipment issues to management.

• Comfortable working in cold environments (freezer/cooler).
• Strong attention to detail and food safety awareness.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to successfully complete all required job trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

• Experience with stocking and customer service.
