Demonstrate knowledge of floor and backroom operations, product safety, sanitation, and inventory management;
Maintain quality and date control standards; ensure meat products are properly packaged, labeled, and stored;
Secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise; eliminate waste and reduce shrink through proper handling;
Assist members with product selection and purchasing decisions; provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
