- - Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair, and diagnose issues on conveyor material handling systems, sorters, unloaders, dock doors, dock levelers, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire protection systems;
Perform preventative maintenance on all assigned assets including PIVs, sorters, conveyors, unloaders, dock doors, electrical panels;
Conduct general building maintenance (carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, cleaning) and manage facilities projects;
Operate equipment such as aerial platform lifts, boom/snorkel lifts, and powered industrial trucks;
Complete work orders, records, logs, and documentation (CMMS) accurately and timely
