Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and robotic systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical wiring, sensors, and instrumentation.
- Troubleshoot and interpret electrical schematics.
- Support automation upgrades, equipment commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform PLC programming and troubleshooting, with an emphasis on Allen-Bradley systems.
- Support motion-control applications and automated production equipment.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and records.
- Ensure automation and electrical systems comply with safety and FDA standards.
- Help maintain reliable, efficient production operations.
- Collaborate with team members to diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in industrial automation, controls, or electrical systems.
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting;
Allen-Bradley preferred. - Experience with instrumentation, electrical schematics, and motion control.
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and automated equipment.
- Experience troubleshooting HMIs, VFDs, robotics, sensors, and related controls equipment.
- Ability to support automation upgrades, commissioning, and continuous improvement.
- Strong safety focus and commitment to following applicable safety and FDA standards.
- Bonus:
Experience with Beckhoff, Fanuc, or vision systems.
