Forklift Operator Job Lathrop area,California USA,Transportation

Empire Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for our client’s facility in Lathrop, CA
. The ideal candidate must have prior warehouse experience and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

Shift

8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Variable schedule based on operational needs.

Pay Rate

$18 /hour.

Job Overview

Minimum 6 months of experience in a warehouse setting
Forklift Operators must have familiarity with:
- Double deep stand-up high reach forklifts
- Sit-down forklifts with single and double attachment
Slip sheet experience is a plus
RF scanner familiarity preferred

WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience preferred

Ability to consistently lift, stack, and move up to 55 pounds for up to 12 hours

Ability to maintain a steady workflow during peak hours and high-volume operations

Strong attention to safety and detail

Reliable attendance and flexibility with scheduling

Forklift Operator Requirements

Double deep stand-up high reach forklifts
Physical ability to lift up to 55 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
Ability to stand, stoop, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
Authorized to work in the U.S. and flexible with scheduling.
