Dispatch Coordinator
Location:
Lathrop, CA Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Weekly Pay Provided
Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a knack for communication? Join a leading Furniture Distribution Center in Lathrop as a Dispatch Coordinator and be an essential part of a dynamic logistics team!
What You'll Do:
- Monitoring driver locations and tracking delivery progress to guarantee on-time performance.
- Communicating route details, updates, delays, and load instructions clearly to drivers.
- Maintaining accurate data records and preparing daily operational reports.
- Collaborating closely with team members to optimize scheduling and logistics processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
