Raymond West is looking for a dynamic Warehouse Associate to join our team! The Warehouse Associate is responsible for loading and unloading all Raymond West equipment including taking inventory and storing materials in the warehouse. The Warehouse Associate is also responsible for accurately monitoring all dock movements of product and ensuring that each shipped or received item is properly identified and tagged.
The associate performs various shop duties as assigned to maintain the shop and warehouse facilities in good order.

Duties and Responsibilities- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Responsible for disposing waste appropriately and safely, including:
- dumping oil
- crushing oil filters
- disposing spray cans
- Responsible for shipping and receiving functions at dock
- Make sure all equipment is properly tagged
- Responsible for storing equipment such as racking or lift trucks in designated areas within the warehouse
- Maintain and track the warehouse inventory supplies, including tools and materials
- Responsible for cleaning various pieces of equipment by steam cleaning
- Maintain warehouse floors, which may include sweeping and mopping
- Maintain renewed aisle and demo aisle in the warehouse, keeping trucks lined up and dusted
- Empty trash receptacles as needed
- Assist technicians with minor repairs
- Deliver and receive parts when needed
- Keep shop and racking area clean and organized
- Ensure everything is secured at the end of every day
- Report all accidents immediately
- Follow all procedures in the company's Employee Handbook
- Follow safety procedures and use good judgment regarding safety
- Perform miscellaneous jobs as needed
- Identify ownership of all assets delivered to the dock of the warehouse
- Properly tag all incoming equipment and follow tagging procedure (racking, lift trucks, batteries, chargers)
- Complete all paperwork including “bill of ladings” and send to the proper department
- Verify all items received match all items listed on paperwork, entering quantity/serial number and reporting discrepancies
- Ensure all RW assets are stenciled and or tagged before leaving the dock
- Communicate with truck drivers to prevent unauthorized removal of assets from the dock area
- Report damage to the respective department
- Report to leadership any department that does not provide proper and timely paperwork
- Verify proper paperwork is present along with matching asset and serial number prior to loading onto trucks
- Ensure all assets loaded onto trucks are done safely and following proper procedure
- Remove any obsolete tags from assets before shipment
- Keep dock area clear and refrain from storing assets on the dock
- Report to leadership any department that does not provide proper and timely paperwork for shipped items
- Store equipment/assets in the appropriate area within the warehouse
- Maintain an organized inventory for:
- Racking
- New trucks, batteries, chargers
- Rental trucks, batteries, chargers
- Used trucks, batteries, chargers
- Systems assets
- Customer trucks
- Scrap trucks
- Lease returns
- Used retail ready area
- Battery changing/storage area
- 10 pallet racks
- Ensure all assets are stored and parked in even rows with passageway breaks every 15 yards
- Ensure all covers and panels are kept in place
- Move and correct assets found in incorrect spots, updating the system as needed
- Prevent unauthorized personnel from removing assets or parts
- Remove batteries from used trucks prior to storing
- Perform cycle inventories once a month, investigate and correct any discrepancies immediately
- Maintain a clean and debris-free warehouse and lot with equipment in neat even rows
- Complete assigned housekeeping tasks each day
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software
