Cycle Counting & Inventory Accuracy:
Perform monthly cycle counts in the warehouse to meet financial requirements and maintain inventory accuracy targets;
Publish daily cycle count results, run reports to identify shrink for the day, and report findings by end of day;
Audit other employees' inventory transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures;
Monitor in-transit inventory and location changes with respect to store-to-store, store-to-warehouse, and warehouse-to-store transfers
