Revenue Management Specialist

Position: Revenue Growth Management Specialist
We are seeking a talented  Revenue Growth Management Specialist  to join our team in Italy. This role is a key enabler of business performance, contributing to the development of insight‑driven strategies that maximize profitable growth across pricing, promotions, pack architecture, and portfolio mix.

Activities & Responsibilities

The candidate will be in charge of:

• Supporting pricing strategy development across the full portfolio, evaluating impact on volume, Net Sales, Gross Profit and trade margins

• Contributing to promo optimization, ROI analysis and post‑event evaluation

• Assisting in designing Price Pack Architecture and portfolio mix strategies

• Supporting P&L modelling for Innovation/Renovation projects and validating commercial assumptions

• Monitoring promo spend and supporting governance of extra-spend requests

• Providing analytical input to IBP processes, improving sales forecasting and promo phasing

• Tracking promotional KPIs and sell‑out performance to guide corrective actions

• Contributing to technological and analytical process improvements within RGM

Qualifications

We need someone who is analytically strong, curious, and business‑oriented, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. A proactive mindset, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across functions are key.

What you will need:

• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG in Finance, RGM, Sales or related analytical roles

• Solid understanding of P&L dynamics and commercial levers

• Strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel skills and ideally experience with BI tools

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross‑functional discussions

• Fluent in English and Italian

• Strategic mindset paired with operational pragmatism
