Responsabilità:
Assistere nella preparazione e presentazione di BUSINESS PLAN e domande di finanziamenti agevolati.
Assistere le società clienti nelle operazioni di riorganizzazione e M&A.Assistere le società clienti nelle attività di rendicontazione finanziaria e di strumenti agevolativi.
Assistere le società clienti nelle attività di DUE DILIGENCE economico-finanziarie.
Utilizzo di EXCEL avanzato.
Requisiti indispensabili:
Laurea in discipline Economiche.
Residenza o domicilio stabile e già in essere a Roma o dintorni.
Partita IVA o disponibilità ad aprirla.
Disponibilità a lavorare full time in sede con trasferte (no smart working).Offriamo:
