About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will support all F&B outlets with passion and creativity, ensuring exceptional service and outstanding guest experiences

Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Support daily operations across all outlets, ensuring high service standards
Collaborate with the F&B leadership team on wine lists and food & wine pairings
Assist waiters and the Sommelier team with service preparation and par stock management
Engage guests, recommend wines, and curate memorable dining experiences
Oversee inventory control and maintain strong operational visibility
Handle special requests with dedication and professionalism
Coordinate scheduling based on business needs
Costs control
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends
Partner with Events, Marketing & PR on promotions and new launches
Analyze menu performance to enhance revenue and guest appeal. Assist in planning and executing food promotions and events
Support recruitment, onboarding and retention of talent, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
Ensure adherence to grooming, policies, hygiene, and brand standards
Deliver training and coaching in service excellence and product knowledge
Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with local laws and policies

What You Bring
Certified wine and beverage education (WSET, AIS, or equivalent)
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
Fluent Italian and English mandatory
Experience in luxury hotels and/or high-end standalone restaurants/hotels
Strong attention to details and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
A creative mindset and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
