What You'll Do:

• Perform three-way purchase order matching and process daily invoice payments
• Administer the company credit card program
• Reconcile and process petty cash reimbursements
• Assist with daily processing and monthly closing activities
• Import/export data between Excel and ERP systems for analysis

What We're Looking For:

• Education equivalent to a diploma or 2-year degree in accounting or business
• Minimum 2 years of experience in monthly and annual accounting cycles (preferred)
• Familiarity with ERP financial systems and strong tech aptitude
• Detail-oriented, organized, and ready to contribute to a high-quality team
