This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want hands-on experience working with contracts, service agreements, and billing data, while maintaining strong professional communication and time-management skills.

What You'll Bring
  • Required:
    • High School Diploma
    • Experience working with contracts, service agreements, billing software, or administrative systems
  • Preferred:
    • Associate's degree or Accounting diploma
  • Strong attention to detail when reviewing and entering contract information
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners
  • Reliable time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Comfort working with systems that track contract terms, rates, and expiration dates
  • Willingness to learn contract workflows and follow established processes
  • Experience with billing, accounting, or contract software is helpful (training provided!)
What You'll Learn & Do

In this role, you'll gain valuable exposure to the full contract lifecycle by:
  • Reviewing contracts and service agreements and entering time-sensitive data accurately into internal systems
  • Tracking contract details such as rates, service terms, expiration dates, certifications, and insurance requirements
  • Ensuring invoices are prepared and reviewed on time and align with contract terms
  • Communicating effectively with internal departments and clients to address billing or contract questions
  • Assisting with auditing contract-based billing for accuracy and compliance
  • Helping resolve billing discrepancies by referencing contract language
  • Supporting accurate, timely contract data so organizational cash flow matches contract expectations
