Mailroom Clerk

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mailroom Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Latrobe, PA. This role supports a busy administrative, mailroom, and records management environment with rotating responsibilities across shipping, reception, and document imaging. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable supporting internal customers across a multi-campus facility.

• Rotate through shipping, reception, and imaging functions to support daily mailroom, records, and administrative operations.
• Receive inbound accountable items, maintain accurate records, and track supply deliveries from warehouse areas.
• Process regular Post Office mail and prepare small package shipments through UPS.
• Support reception-related duties including copy production, security badge printing, safety sign printing, and records retention tasks.
• Prep, scan, and index high-volume documents.
• Assist with supply inventories, production support, mail delivery, and distribution across a multi-campus facility.
