Synerfac Technical Staffing in Latrobe, PA seeks an Automation Engineer to purchase and design automation systems, improving manufacturing efficiency and reliability. You will identify cost-saving opportunities, coordinate with outside suppliers, and oversee development, testing, and start-up of new automation machines while ensuring schedules align with production needs.
On the production floor you may use a handheld propane torch as required, supporting maintenance and continuous improvement
