• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and vital signs

• Assist with medication administration and documenting resident information

• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control practices

• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

• Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a positive and respectful work environment

• Graduation from an accredited CNA program
