Loyalhanna Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Supervisor to join our team at our skilled nursing facility in Latrobe, PA. As a RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing department, providing exceptional care to our residents, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and performance improvement

• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures

• Conduct routine assessments of resident care and develop individualized care plans

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care pathways and protocols

• Monitor and report on resident outcomes, including quality metrics and patient satisfaction

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and root cause analysis

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including patient charts and incident reports

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
