Job Title:
Technician - Machining Engineering
Location:
Latrobe, PA
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of CNC machining experience required
- Conduct metal cutting tests following GMT engineer test setup and instructions as well as test standardized procedures, collect test data and measurements.
- Follow GMT Lab safety protocols and support lab activities such as material inventory and machine maintenance.
- Participate training/cross‑training activities such as CNC programming, CAD/CAM, state‑of‑the‑art equipment.
- Assist lab manager and GMT engineers to improve test efficiency and accuracy.
