What You'll Do as an Inspector

• Maintain safety standards and ensure all shop rules and housekeeping requirements are followed.
• Coordinate daily cell operations to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.
• Communicate with Process Technicians across shifts to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Complete production reports, machine setups, and process documentation accurately and on time.
• Identify equipment issues and use the blue/red tag system to recommend repairs.
• Work closely with leadership including the Production Manager and Shift Coordinator.

What We're Looking For:

• Someone reliable, safety-minded, and ready to take ownership of their work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to wear safety-toed shoes.
• Willing to complete a standard background check (case-by-case approval) and drug test.

Schedule & Pay:

• 2-2-3 rotating schedule
• 12-hour shifts (Day or Night)
• $16.50-$18.50/hr depending on shift
