Manufacturing / Production Worker
We’re hiring Manufacturing / Production Worker positions in the Latrobe area for a plastics manufacturing company that requires no prior experience. Training is provided. Daylight & Overnight shifts available with weekly pay. $0.50 per hour performance bonus! Weekend OT bonuses up to $100. Apply today, start tomorrow.
Positions require a 2-2-3 schedule. Benefits: work only 14 days a month, with OT every other week, and every other week having Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off.
Responsibilities- Perform careful visual inspections to ensure high quality.
- Package products as directed; label & prepare product to standards.
- Understand & operate all equipment in the workstation.
- Stand & walk for an extended period.
- Follow procedures for proper startup & shutdown of equipment.
- Must be able to stand during the entire 12‑hour shift.
- Basic math skills and reliable transportation required.
- 12‑hour shifts: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. $16.50/hr, 7 p.m. – 7 a.m. $18.50/hr.
- $0.50 per hour performance bonus.
- Medical & Dental insurance.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must have a solid work history.
- Manufacturing experience a huge plus.
- Weekly pay.
