OD CNC Grinder Operator

We are seeking an OD CNC Grinder Operator in Latrobe, PA Ability to operate and run to standard Process Equipment and Offline Equipment, such as Studer, Okamoto /OD grinders, sandblasting, Brown& Sharp surface grinder etc Responsibilities:

-Operate automated machinery, lathes, mills, furnaces, wire EDMs, and robotic equipment.

-Perform hand assemblies of product, blends, sieved material, and other as required.

-Operate and interpret results from measuring tools, gauges, scales, microscopes, go/no go gauges, CMM and visual standards.

-Perform minor tooling changes, setup and troubleshooting on production equipment. Assist area experts in completing higher difficulty tooling setup, changeovers and troubleshooting.

-Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks including lubrication, filter changes, equipment cleanliness, and other as necessary. Requirements:

-Manual dexterity required to accurately handle and position parts.

-Walking and standing on the shop floor for extended periods throughout the day.

-Lifting and transport of materials (up to
-40 lbs).

-Ability to comprehend and apply training to operate manufacturing production equipment listed above.

-Ability to effectively balance priorities and multiple tasks to achieve overall production goals.

-Must be available to work overtime during periods of high order volume.
