• Monday - Friday
• ** 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM**
• Willingness to work reasonable overtime as needed

• Set up and operate manual machine tools including
  ** lathes, milling machines, and precision grinders**
• Build, maintain, assemble, and troubleshoot
  ** powder compacting tooling
  ** made from carbide and steel
• Assemble various die sets for different pressing applications
• Identify worn components and refurbish tooling to maintain product quality
• Troubleshoot die issues in the powder compacting process and modify tooling as needed
• Interpret prints, sketches, engineering specifications, and work orders
• Collaborate with design engineers to optimize tooling and component designs
• Maintain high ethical and professional work standards

• ** 3+ years of Tool & Die making experience**
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Basic shop math skills
• Experience with manual machines and precision grinders
• Ability to work full shifts and be dependable

• Carbide machining experience
• Wire EDM programming, setup, and operation
