Registered Nurse; RN - Hospice

Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a hospice position in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.

This position is eligible for a $10,000 first‑year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key milestones during your first year.

• Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
• Respond to after‑hours and on‑call patient needs by performing urgent assessments, managing symptoms and pain, and providing compassionate end‑of‑life support in real time.
• Support and guide patients and families during evenings, nights, weekends, and crisis situations, ensuring they feel informed, reassured, and cared for throughout the hospice journey.
• Apply strong clinical judgment and critical thinking to coordinate care needs, respond to changing patient conditions, and maintain accurate, timely, and compliant EMR documentation.
• Work independently, but never alone.
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory.

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care; hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
